That you have read every single word on the product page for the item you are buying. If you are buying 5 different items, this means you have read all 5 product listings. If you are buying a product that contains multiple items, then you agree to have read all individual listings the product contains.
Some products require you to open your console. Opening a console voids your manufacture warranty. The customer and the customer only is responsibility for the use of the products. Consolertronics cannot be held liable for any harm a product we sell causes to you, directly or indirectly.
Consoletronics does not accept returns for products unless they are faulty - otherwise we would be selling a bunch of second hand product to everyone, and we will never do that! Please read the listing carefully. Once we have your payment, the product is yours.
None of our products are supplied or endorsed or recommended by Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft.
Please use mod chips for their intended purpose and support the gaming industry.
All our new product have 6 months warranty from the purchase date unless otherwise advised in the listing pages. Repair and modification services as well as used product have 3 months warranty.
Return is not accepted unless the product is faulty when received. When the product needs to be returned for that reason , buyer needs to firstly contact us with your order number. The product needs to be returned in it's original condition. Buyer is responsible for the return postage. If the product was damaged in the process of returning, you will not get refund or exchange.
In case buyer made mistake in order, exchange of product is negotiable if the product is not used and still in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for the postage both ways. Contact us first with your order number.
If the package your ordered got damaged during delivery , it's the responsibility of sender or the courier company that does the delivery. We mainly use Auspost as courier service , so you may refer to their policy as well. We as a sender, will contact Auspost with your evidence of the damaged package. You could also add insurance if you have extra worry about your package.
We ship from Sydney in the Regents Park NSW 2143 area, our return address is PO Box 3177 Regents Park NSW 2143
If you wish cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We ship your order in a daily basis. Orders with cleared payment placed before 3pm during the weekdays except weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the same day. If the order was shipped already, we will have to process your cancelation request when the goods is returned to us.
We accept major credit cards, bank deposit , money order. We do not offer pickup service.
