UMD switch
A replacement UMD switch for PSP100X and PSP200X
This is a switch that sits on the PSP100X motherboard and controls the UMD system on and off when the UMD door is closed or open. If the PSP stopped reading UMD and there is neither laser movement nor motor spinning, this switch could be just broken. Not recommended for average customers. Replacement reqiures disassemble of the PSP to the motherboard level. Soldering work is required to remove the faulty switch and install the new one.
