Description
The Xbox Series X power supply unit (PSU) is a vital component, engineered to deliver the robust and stable power required by Microsoft’s flagship console. Designed for efficiency and reliability, it’s a crucial element in ensuring the console’s high-performance capabilities.
This internal PSU is specifically tailored for the Xbox Series X, integrated within the console’s chassis to minimize external clutter. It converts standard household AC power into the precise DC voltages necessary for the console’s advanced processors, graphics, and other internal components. The unit is designed to handle the power demands of the Series X’s powerful custom designed processor and graphics processing unit, ensuring consistent performance during intense gaming sessions and demanding applications.
Key features of the unit often include built-in surge protection and thermal management, which safeguard the console from power fluctuations and overheating. These protective measures are essential for maintaining the longevity and stability of the system. The PSU is also designed to be relatively quiet, contributing to the overall low noise profile of the Xbox Series X.

Please be noted, when game console won’t turn on, the PSU is NOT always the problem. Repairing this issue could be a lot more complicated than just replacing a PSU. It is strongly recommended that buyers need to do some proper diagnose before making a decision to buy a replacement PSU.
Tips: Unplug your original PSU from Xbox Series X motherboard, plug the main AC power cord into the PSU, then measure the voltage between any of the gray and black wires with a multimeter. There are two output plugs and both outputs should read 12V to qualify a good power supply.
