Replacement Eject /Power /Buzzer board for PS4 slim consoles. The model is TSW-004, however, it works for all PS4 slim consoles. This board also has a beep buzzer on board which is the same as used in all PS4 fat and Pro consoles. De-solder the buzzer and use it on any other PS4 revisions.
