Postal Service for PS4, 5, Xbox One controllers and Switch Joy-cons. Post your faulty PS4 or Xbox One controllers, Joy-cons to us, we’ll have them fixed in 1-2 days !

The repair charge for a single controller : 

$20 for Sony official PS4 controller

$35 for Sony official PS5 controller  ( For HALL Sensor Upgrade, $50 each and discounts available for more units )

$25 for Microsoft official Xbox One

$45 for Microsoft official Xbox One Elite

$65 for  Microsoft official Xbox One Elite 2

$22 for a Nintendo Switch Joy-con.

Return postage is around $10. No fix, No charge. If you send us any combinations of 3 controllers / Joy-cons or more at the same time, return postage is FREE !

We’d suggest you to send us a contact form first before sending your controllers to us, All we need is your description of faults, so we can eliminate those controllers that can not be fixed or not worth fixing. Please be noted, If your controller has modified hardware installed,  we’ll not accept it for repair.

How to order: 

For example, If you were going to send us 2X  PS4 controllers and 1X  Xbox controller,  choose PS4 controllers and select Qty 2  to add them to cart. Then choose Xbox One controller, select Qty 1 and again add it to cart. Now go to your cart to finalize the order. At checkout, select ” bank deposit ” as your payment method but do not make any payment yet until we have your controllers fixed. We’ll email you the final invoice.

Procedure :

1)  Call or email us to discuss the repair.

2)  Place this service order and at checkout, select ” bank deposit” as payment method. But do not make payment yet until we have your controllers fixed and ready to go.

3)  Securely pack your controllers and mark your order number on the package. Once you have the package sent, it’ll be appreciated if you could email us the tracking number. That will help us to receive your work on time.

4) Final invoice will be sent to you via email. We’ll then release your controllers once the payment is cleared. Actual repair will take 1-2 days.
