Please be noted, when game console won’t turn on, the PSU is NOT always the problem. Repairing such issues could be a lot more complicated than just replacing the PSU. It is strongly recommended that buyers need to do proper diagnose before making a decision to buy a replacement PSU.
Tips: Unplug your original PSU from Xbox Series S motherboard, plug the main AC power cord into the PSU, then measure the voltage across the output pins with a multi meter, it should read around 12V for a good PSU.
