New replacement laser model KES-450A for PS3 Slim console across all revisions. Please note that there are 2 types of laser used in the PS3 slim consoles, the KES450A, KES460A. The KES450 is compatible with KES460A.
This is a dual lens design which ensures both Blu-ray and DVD discs are supported. If a PS3 Slim is experiencing issues like difficulty reading discs, game freezing, disc read errors, then the KES-450A laser may be the culprit.
