Postal service for console repairs. Send your work over and we'll repair for you !
This section is specially created for customers who need to send their consoles to us for repair. We suggest customers to send us a contact form or give us a call first before sending your repairs. We'll give you an estimation or suggestion regarding the repair.
Please be noted, when checkout, choose " bank deposit " as your payment method. We'll notify you the final price including return postage via email once the work is completed. We will ship it back to you once the payment is cleared.
Procedure:
1) Email or call us for an estimation or suggestion for repair.
2) Order this Postal Service, and choose "bank deposit" as your payment method at check out. ( you may add message regarding the repair )
3) Pack your console securely with your order number noted on your console, then send it via Australia Post
4) Email us the tracking number if you can. That will be appreciated as this helps us receiving your console on time.
5) We'll notify you the final repair cost including return postage, as well as our bank details so you can make the payment
6) We'll ship the console back to you once the payment is cleared.
