This section is specially created for customers who need to send their consoles to us for repair. We suggest customers to send us a service enquiry form or give us a call first before sending your repairs. We’ll give you an estimation or suggestion regarding the repair.
Procedure:
1) Email or call us for an estimation or suggestion for repair. Alternatively, you can send us a service enquiry form for a quote.
2) Order this Postal Service, and choose “bank deposit” as your payment method at check out.
3) Pack your console securely with your order number noted on your console, then send it via Australia Post
4) Email us the tracking number if you can. This helps us receiving your console without delay.
5) Once the work is completed, we’ll notify you the final repair cost including return postage and our bank details for payment,
6) We ship the repaired item back to you once the payment is cleared.
